Living Well with Chronic Conditions

COPD, depression, asthma, hypertension — these chronic conditions can make everyday life a challenge. Learn how to better manage your condition during Living Well with Chronic Conditions, a FREE six-week class full of helpful information that will help you live Outback Strong.

Classes take place from 9:30 a.m. to noon every Tuesday from February 12 through March 19 at the Lake County Senior Center, 11 North G St., Lakeview. This evidence-based, nationally recognize program created by Stanford University offers practical tips for managing whatever condition you’re dealing with. Participants receive a free book, and those who complete five of six sessions receive a Safeway gift card. Space is limited, so call (541) 947-3366 now to find out more.
